Cancellations

Individual sessions: Please cancel sessions 24 hours in advance. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, please cancel as soon as the circumstance is known. Cancellations can be made via phone, text or email. In the event the speech-language pathologist needs to cancel a session the same avenues of communication will be used. Therefore, please check messages  prior to coming to the session. Make-up appointments will take place when possible.  

Policy on Illnesses

Please allow time for full recovery of illness prior to returning to the office. This applies to any individuals coming into any of the office spaces in the building (ie. child, parent, caregiver, sibling). All individuals should be fever and symptom free for 24 hours before resuming therapy.  Symptoms include, but are not limited to 24 hours free of vomiting. 

Payment

Payments can be made via personal check, debit, credit or HSA cards. My Path currently is private pay, but will be happy to provide clients with monthly Superbills that can be independently submitted to their insurance company for reimbursement. It is recommended to call the insurance company prior to beginning services to ensure coverage.
